★Description

In this kit, the double-antibody sandwich method of immunochromatography was applied to detect the N antigen of the new coronavirus (2019-nCoV). The detection line on the nitrocellulose membrane was coated with 2019-nCoV antibody. And the gold pads were adsorbed by 2019-nCoV antibodies labeled with colloidal gold. During the detection, when the sample contains 2019-nCoV antigen, a complex of "coated 2019-nCoV antibody-2019-nCoV antigen-gold-labeled 2019-nCoV antibody" will be synthesized. This will cause a red line to appear at the test line, so the test result is positive; but if no complex is formed, it is negative. The quality control line on the nitrocellulose membrane was coated with a second antibody.

★Qualification:

◇The product has been included in the “List Medical Material Manufacturers Which Have Obtained Foreign Standard Certification or Registration". The list is issued by China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Medicines and Health Products, and the entry means that our product is eligible for export to the overseas markets officially.

◇The product has obtained EU CE certificate and entered the export producer shortlist. The certification number is 20220422-2. It means that the product can be sold in EU and to the other countries and regions which recognize EU CE certification.
