Material and Process characteristics:

1. Table: 12.7mm thick Phenolic Laminate, with edges thickened to 26mm (high-temperature resistant table is made of 30mm thick natural marble).

2. Cabinet: 1.0mm thick Cold rolled steel, surface treated with acid pickling, phosphating, rust prevention, and electrostatic treatment, spray coating ≥ 75um thick epoxy resin.

3. Side panel: 1.0mm thick Cold rolled steel, surface treated with spray epoxy resin.

4. Cabinet doors and drawers: 1.0mm thick Cold rolled steel, surface treated with acid pickling, phosphating and spray epoxy resin.

5. Guide rail: DTC mute guide rail(Other brands are optional)

6. Handle: Aluminum alloy

7. Hinge: 1.5mm thick 304 stainless steel, Anti corrosion, high strength, 180 degree door opening angle.

8. Table foot: M10 screw molding, PVC waterproof sleeve ring, to achieve the level adjustment of the laboratory table.

9. Sink: Made of high-quality PP material, thickness of 7 mm, integrated molding. Corrosion resistance, resistant to high temperatures of 150 ℃. Equipped with a PP drainage device, with dual functions of filtering and odor blocking.

10. Triple faucet: Made of brass alloy, with high-pressure electrostatic and epoxy resin surface treatment, rust and corrosion resistant.The outlet of faucet is made of copper material, pointed shape, with filtering and boosting functions. The middle faucet can rotate 360 ° for multi-purpose use.

11. Cable trunking: Aluminum alloy, high-voltage static electricity and spray epoxy resin surface treatment, acid and alkali resistant. Two universal sockets, suitable for all domestic and imported instruments.

12. Reagent rack: The column is made of 1.5mm thick steel plate, high voltage electrostatic and sprayed epoxy resin surface treatment, corrosion, fire, moisture resistance. The layer board is made of 12mm thick frosted glass, edge chamfer treatment and smooth, height adjusted is available, with guardrail which is made of aluminum alloy.

13. Drip rack: PP material integrated molding, chemical corrosion resistance, antibacterial, easy to clean, moisture resistance. Clean water automatic reflux design, residual water is discharged to the sink, which is conducive to the natural drying, beautiful and practical.
