Principle

The technical method of the kit is the colloidal gold double antibody sandwich method.While the solution to be tested contains feline panleucopenia virus, it firstly binds to the colloidal gold-labeled specific monoclonal antibody on the binding pad to form a complex during the flow.The complex continues to run upward under capillary action.Then it binds to the feline panleucopenia virus antibody fixed on the detection line, so that the detection line shows red color and the result is positive. On the contrary, when there is no feline panleucopenia virus in the sample or the number of virus is below the detection limit, the detection line does not show red color and the result is negative.The control line will show red color regardless of whether the sample contains feline panleucopenia virus or not, which means the test card is valid, otherwise it is invalid.
