Principle
The FSTest Bata-Lactams+Tetracyclines Rapid Test Strip is based on immunochromatographic assay. The test strip has an area for result reading, which has a T (Test) line and C (Control) line. Both lines are invisible before testing. When the sample is applied to the loading side of the strip, the liquid will laterally flow upward through the surface of the test strip and react with the pre-coated recombinant antigens. If there is amount of bata-lactams (T1) or tetracyclines (T2) in the sample, the intensity of T1 or/and T2 line will be inhibited and become relatively lighter than C line. Meanwhile the C line should always appear after a sample is applied, which indicates a valid result. By this means, the device can indicate the presence of bata-lactams or/and tetracyclines in the sample.

Procedure & Steps
1. Before use, ensure the milk sample and the test strips are between 20 to 40℃.
Note: Make sure the milk sample is homogenous, refrain from using samples with clumps, a murky appearance, odd scents or other sensory anomalies.
2. Open the package tube, take out the test strips and microwells and make necessary labels or markings.
Note: Re-cap the tube immediately after usage to avoid contami-nation and moisture.
3. Pipette 200 μL of sample into the microwells precoated with reagent, mix slowly but thoroughly with pipette, then incubate for 3 mins at room temperature (20-40℃).
4. Insert the test strips into the microwells and start timing.
5. Interpreted results in 5-10 mins. Results are invalid after 10 mins.
