Characteristics:

1. The main body of the fume hood is made of 8mm A grade polypropylene material, which has good corrosion resistance and chemical resistance, integrated molding and high manufacturing precision.

2. Standard dimensions: LxWxH=(1200, 1500, 1800, 2100)x110x2350mm, weight: 100-150kg. Errors≤3mm

3. All parts of material cutting, stamping, and drilling are burnish and Deburring, then further surface treatment such as degreasing, water washing, acid washing, water washing, neutralization, phosphating, etc. Finally, sprayed epoxy resin with a thickness of ≥ 75um after drying.

4. The fume hood adopts an upper and lower cabinet buckle structure, which is convenient for on-site assembly. The lower cabinet body adopts a movable structure, and the back is equipped with a multifunctional board facilitating the installation and maintenance of water, electricity, and gas components.

Safety Precautions:

1. Helical tooth timing belt: Thanks to combination of a helical tooth design, it offering an increase in power transmission of up to 80 % ,very quiet and reduced vibration, and able to provide greater resistance to ratcheting, more precise alignment, improved tension distribution – better withstand the load.

2. Mobile tempered glass door: The impact strength and bending strength are 3-5 times that of ordinary glass. Thermal stability, able to withstand 3 times the temperature difference compared to regular glass.

3. Safety height limit device: According to the standard requirements of the fume hood, the opening height upwards of sliding door cannot exceed 500mm, keep the experimenter's nose and mouth out of contact with the operating space.

4. Sliding door anti-fall device - When the belt accidentally falls off or breaks, the sliding door can stop falling within a distance of 80mm, ensure operators safety.
