Quality Control Starts with Incoming Materials

Consistent manufacturing begins with qualified materials. FSTest works with evaluated suppliers and conducts incoming inspections according to established procedures. Materials are checked for relevant appearance, dimensional and performance requirements, with inspection records retained for traceability.

Materials awaiting inspection, approved materials and nonconforming materials are managed separately. Any material that does not meet the required criteria is identified, isolated and handled through a controlled review process before it can enter production.

Process Controls Help Prevent Quality Issues

Quality control should not rely solely on final inspection. For this reason, FSTest applies preventive controls throughout production.

Before routine manufacturing begins, initial units are inspected to confirm that the production setup meets defined requirements. During production, operators conduct self-checks while quality personnel perform independent inspections of critical process parameters.

Intermediate testing is also carried out at selected production stages. This allows potential issues to be identified earlier, helping reduce variation and prevent nonconforming materials from moving to subsequent processes.

Production records—including batch information, responsible personnel, equipment status and relevant quality data—are maintained to support process transparency and traceability.

Comprehensive Finished-Product Inspection

Finished products are released only after completing the required inspection procedures. Each production batch is evaluated against defined performance criteria. Product components, labeling and packaging integrity are also checked to help ensure that the delivered product is complete, consistent and ready for use.

Inspection data and conclusions are recorded within the quality management system, creating a documented link between finished products, manufacturing processes and incoming materials.

Retained Samples Support Ongoing Monitoring

Quality monitoring continues after production is completed. Representative samples from finished batches are retained according to established procedures. These samples can be evaluated periodically to monitor product performance and support stability throughout the intended shelf life.

Together with complete inspection records, retained samples provide additional evidence for quality review and continuous improvement.
