Testing Introduction
1. Sample preparation
1.1. Weigh 25mL/g of sample and put it into a sampling bottle or homogenizer cup which contains 225mL of sterilized normal saline and make 1:10 diluted homogenate.
1.2. Inoculate 1mL of the sample homogenate into a test tube which contains 4mL of Enrichment Broth aseptically.
1.3. Incubate at 37℃ for 18-24hr (shaking at 250rpm preferred).
1.4. Treat the culture with heat in boiling water (around 90℃) for 15 mins and wait until it cools down to room temperature (20- 40℃).
2.Procedure & steps
2.1 .Take out a test cassette from the package. please equilibrate the sample and test cassettes to room temperature (20-40℃) before opening the package.
2.2 .Pipette 5-6 drops (around 100μL) of sample into the sample hole, wait for 10mins, interpret results within 10-15mins. Result is invalid after 15mins.
Note: please refer to the user manua for specific operations.
3. Application
Detect Microbiology in food, water, egg, chicken, meat and environment, etc.
4. Compared to conventional culture methods:
1. Rapid and reliable test
2. Higher sensitivity and specificity
