5. Test Procedure

STEP 1

Sample Prep

Weigh 1.0 g sample into 10 mL tube. Add 3 mL Reagent A (cereals) or 4 mL Reagent B (fungi), shake 3 mins, stand 3 mins. Dilute supernatant in 2 mL tube & vortex.

STEP 2

Incubate

Ensure cassette is at 20–40 °C. Pipette 100 µL sample solution into a microwell, mix 3–5 times with pipette, and stand for 3 minutes.

STEP 3

Interpret

Transfer all microwell liquid to the cassette sample hole. Read results at 8 minutes. (Results are invalid after 10 minutes).
