Optimized for multi-matrix quinolone screening across various food categories:
STEP 1 Extraction Homogenize >100g sample. Weigh 1.0g into 15mL tube, add 5mL Extraction Solution, cap tightly, shake vigorously for 1 min until dispersed/flocculent. | STEP 2 Dilution Centrifuge at 4000 rpm for 5 min. Transfer 100µL supernatant to 2mL tube, add 900µL Dilution Solution, and mix thoroughly for 30 seconds. | STEP 3 Load Cassette Ensure cassette is at 20–40°C. Pipette 100µL solution into microwell, mix 3–5 times, let stand 3 min. Transfer all solution into cassette sample well. | STEP 4 Read at 8–10 Mins Read visual lines strictly at 8–10 minutes. Negative (-): Both Control (C) line and Test (T) line appear distinctly. Combined enrofloxacin and ciprofloxacin concentration is below 100 µg/kg.
Positive (+): Control (C) line appears, while Test (T) line does not appear → Total enrofloxacin and ciprofloxacin concentration ≥ 100 µg/kg.
Invalid: Control (C) line fails to appear, regardless of T line presence. Re-testing with a new cassette is required.

Qualitative Screening Purpose: Engineered strictly for qualitative preliminary screening; not intended for precise quantitative concentration evaluation.
Temperature Equilibrate: Ensure the test cassette and reagents are equilibrated to 20–40°C before performing the test.
Strict Time Window: Read results strictly between 8–10 minutes after loading the cassette; results observed after 15 minutes are invalid.
