5–8 mins Rapid Readout Time | 100 µg/kg Strict Enrofloxacin LOD | 10 Tests Complete Kit Pack | 12 Months Shelf Life (4–30°C) |
The FSTest Enrofloxacin Rapid Test Kitis an immunochromatographic assay designed for the qualitative detection of enrofloxacin residues in aquatic products, poultry, and livestock tissues.
Utilizing a sandwich lateral flow immunochromatography assay, the test cassette features pre-coated recombinant antigens to deliver fast, visual, and accurate results directly observed by the naked eye without the need for complex laboratory equipment. It provides aquatic food processors, slaughterhouses, and food safety inspectors with an efficient on-site tool to verify compliance with fluoroquinolone residue regulations.
Rapid Testing Workflow: Fast extraction and reaction time, delivering clear visual results in just 5–8 minutes.
Broad Matrix Compatibility: Optimized for bream, tilapia, shrimp, black-bone chicken, pork, beef, duck, and various seafood tissues.
Simple Operation: Convenient test cassette format with pre-portioned microwells for easy on-site field screening.
Clear Signal Interpretation: Color intensity on the T-line inversely corresponds to the enrofloxacin concentration for unambiguous visual analysis.
Convenient Room Temp Storage: Offers a full 12-month shelf life when sealed and stored at 4–30°C in a cool, dry place.

Extensively validated across aquatic, seafood, poultry, and livestock matrices:
STEP 1 Extraction Grind >100g sample. Weigh 1.0g homogenized sample into 15mL tube, add 5mL Extraction Solution, cap tightly, shake vigorously for 1 min. | STEP 2 Dilution Centrifuge at 4000 rpm for 2 min. Transfer 50µL supernatant to 2mL tube, add 700µL Dilution Solution, and mix thoroughly for 30 seconds. | STEP 3 Load Cassette Ensure cassette is at 20–40°C. Pipette 100µL solution into microwell, mix 3–5 times, let stand 3 min. Transfer all solution into cassette sample well. | STEP 4 Read at 5–8 Mins Read visual lines at 5–8 minutes. Visual results become strictly invalid after 8 minutes. |
Negative (-): Both Control (C) line and Test (T) line appear. Enrofloxacin concentration is below 100 µg/kg.
Positive (+): Control (C) line appears, while Test (T) line does not appear → Enrofloxacin concentration ≥ 100 µg/kg.
Invalid: Control (C) line fails to appear, regardless of T line presence. Re-testing with a new cassette is required.
Adhere to strict operational parameters to ensure maximum screening accuracy:
Qualitative Screening Purpose: Engineered strictly for qualitative preliminary screening; not intended for precise quantitative concentration evaluation.
Temperature Control: Ensure the test cassette and reagents are equilibrated to 20–40°C before performing the test.
Strict Time Window: Read results strictly between 5–8 minutes after loading the cassette; results observed after 8 minutes are invalid.
