The FSTest β-Lactams+Tetracyclines+Sulfonamides+Aflatoxin M1 Rapid Test Strip uses the immunochromatographic principle. It has a result-reading area with 4 Test (T) lines and 1 Control (C) line—all invisible before testing.
When a sample is added to the strip’s loading side, the liquid flows laterally across the strip and reacts with pre-coated recombinant antigens. If the sample contains Aflatoxin M1 (T1), Sulfonamides (T2), Tetracyclines (T3), or β-Lactams (T4), the corresponding T line(s) will fade (lighter than the C line). The C line always appears to confirm a valid test, allowing the strip to indicate the presence of these target substances in the sample.
Product Features
Target Detection:Tests 4 contaminants (Aflatoxin M1, β-Lactams, Tetracyclines, Sulfonamides) in raw milk, pasteurized milk, milk powder (covers over 30 substances).
High Sensitivity: LOD exceeds Chinese standards (e.g., Aflatoxin M1: 0.05μg/kg; Penicillin G: 2-4μg/kg; Tetracycline: 5μg/kg).
Clear Reading: 4 T lines (each for 1 target) + 1 C line (validity check); target presence lightens corresponding T line.
Easy Storage: 30 days stable at room temp; 24 months at 2-8℃ (no freezing).
Qualitative Use: For preliminary screening (not precise concentration).
Kit Composition
Included: 96 test strips, 96 microwells, user manual.
Not included: Pipette, timer, incubator (optional if temp ≥20℃).
Simple 5-Step Operation
1. Equilibrate samples/strips to 20-40℃; dissolve milk powder 1:9 with distilled water.
2. Unpack strips/microwells, label, re-cap tube immediately.
3. Add 150μL sample to microwells, mix, incubate 3min (room temp if ≥20℃).
4. Insert strip into microwell, start timing.
5. Read results within 7min (invalid after 10min).
